A map the organizer can update.
The sidewalk sale’s vendor map was a photocopy of a hand-drawn layout. We made a printable map and an editor that lets the organizer change shops and vendor spots in a browser.
The editor works offline. The next test is whether the organizer can make and print an update without help.

How we work together
Your judgment stays at the center.
We want the help to leave you better able to carry your work forward. That starts with respect for what you know and what you want to accomplish.
Start with respect.
We ask what matters to you and how you'd like to be helped. Your experience belongs in the conversation from the beginning.
Give ideas a fair test.
We look for evidence, say what we're unsure about, and stay willing to change our minds. A useful result matters more than being attached to an idea.
Keep people in control.
You should understand enough to question a tool, decide how to use it, and ask for a change. We make room for learning and agree on what support you'll need.
Be honest about what we can give.
Time and resources have limits. We agree on a manageable contribution, name who owns the next step, and say when someone else could be better placed to help.
I'm Victor Wieczorek. My dad called me Wicks. I came to appreciate that nickname later in life, and it felt right to give it to this work.
I'm drawn to people who care deeply about what they do and stay curious about how to do it better. I enjoy thinking alongside them, making useful things, and helping them see more possibilities.
Wicks is growing around that idea: people sharing their skills and resources to support work they believe in. We're starting close to home and learning as we go.
